We believe every small business deserves access to government opportunities
Government contracting shouldn't be reserved for companies with dedicated BD teams. RFPHawk levels the playing field by surfacing the right opportunities for your business — every day, across federal and state sources, in one feed.
How RFPHawk works
We aggregate
Every day at 12:00 UTC, we pull federal notices from SAM.gov and Grants.gov and state postings from a growing list of state procurement portals, so you don't have to check each one.
We normalize
Each record is normalized into a consistent schema — NAICS codes, deadlines, set-aside types, estimated value where the agency publishes it — so you can search across sources that all format their data differently.
We match
Using your NAICS codes, target geography, and timing, our scoring engine assigns each opportunity a match score from 0 to 100, with the specific reasons each one landed where it did.
You pursue
Save anything worth pursuing, track it through a kanban pipeline from saved → pursuing → submitted → won, and keep notes alongside each opportunity.
Our data sources
We aggregate from authoritative procurement systems so you don't have to juggle dozens of tabs. See /data-sources for the live list of every source we're currently pulling.
