What this opt-out covers
RFPHawk does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, when you visit our website we share certain device and usage data (such as IP address, page-view events, and a cookie identifier) with advertising platforms — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Advertising — so we can measure the performance of our advertising and show our ads to relevant audiences. Under California's CCPA/CPRA and several other state privacy laws, this activity may qualify as "sharing" of personal information for "cross-context behavioral advertising" or as "targeted advertising."
This page lets you opt out of that sharing for the device and browser you are using now, and (if you have an account) for your account across all devices.
Two ways to opt out
Option 1 — Automatic via Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a verified opt-out under California, Colorado, and Connecticut law without any further action on your part. You can enable GPC by installing a privacy-focused browser (e.g., Brave, Firefox with Privacy settings enabled, DuckDuckGo) or adding a GPC-enabled extension to Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Option 2 — Submit a manual opt-out request
Use the form below to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request. Provide the email address associated with your account if you have one, so we can apply the opt-out across all devices where you sign in.
What happens after you opt out
- We will stop sharing your personal information with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
- You will continue to see ads from us elsewhere on the internet, but those ads will not be targeted based on your prior interactions with our Service.
- We may still use your information for non-advertising purposes (such as fraud prevention, billing, analytics, security, and providing the Service).
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
- You can re-enable advertising personalization at any time by re-submitting this form and selecting "opt in."
Authorized agents
If you are submitting this request on behalf of another person as an authorized agent under CCPA/CPRA or a similar state law, please email privacy@rfphawk.com with proof of authorization (such as a signed permission, power of attorney, or proof of legal guardianship). We may also require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us before completing the request.
