No substitutions, alternatives, or "or equal" products will be accepted. — 2.0 BACKGROUND — The Department of War Office of Inspector General requires red dot sights for handguns. The sights must meet the exact salient characteristics outlined in this RFI to ensure they meet the operational needs of the agency.
