Description
DoWEA requires an established high school, semester-long Career and Technical Education (CTE) work ethics-focused curriculum—provisionally named Work Ethics First—with a proven track record of successful implementation, to be delivered by educators. An established, ready-to-use curriculum and resources empower students to make career choices based on the following: — Balancing the Career Narrative : Curriculum highlights the dignity, demand, and good-paying, lifelong employment in the skilled trades as an alternative to a career requiring a university degree. — Focusing on Character over Compliance : Instilling a proactive work ethic as a primary life skill, framing gratitude for the freedoms that those living in America enjoy and personal accountability as core components of career success regardless of the chosen career path—not job-specific work ethics that focus on punctuality, attention to detail, etc. — If the proposed solution includes digital components, the offeror shall provide five (5) student access codes and five (5) instructor/teacher access codes to support the Government’s technical evaluation of the proposed solution. — **Questions or concerns regarding this requirement may be submitted to the POC via e-mail no later than Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) with the subject line, " Questions to Solicitation Number HE125426QE070 ". — ----------------------------------------- — Amendment 0001 – Questions and Answers & Updated Pricing Sheet (Issued 6 July 2026) — The Government has issued Amendment 0001 to the solicitation to incorporate Attachment 10 – Questions and Answers (Q&A) and include the most recevent version of Attachement 1 – Pricing sheet. — This amendment provides the Government’s responses to vendor questions submitted in accordance with the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing Attachment 10 in its entirety prior to submitting a quote. — All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. — ----------------------------------------- — Amendment 0002 – Solicitation Closing Date (Issued 8 July 2026) — The Government hereby provides the following updates to the solicitation schedule: — The solicitation closing date is extended to Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 2PM EST. — All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. — ----------------------------------------- — Amendment 0003 – Solicitation Closing Date (Issued 9 July 2026) — The Government hereby provides the following updates to the solicitation schedule: — The solicitation closing date is extended to Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 12PM EST. — All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
