17th SOS Side-by-Side All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) — The 17 Special Operations Squadron (17 SOS) is seeking to procure ten (10) Side-by-Side style All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). These vehicles are required to provide personnel transportation to and from the flightline to support Formal Training Unit daily flight operations in all seasons and weather conditions. — Eligibility: [Unrestricted - Full and Open Competition]. Can-Am Defender Max Limited or Polaris Ranger Crew XP Northstar Edition Premium are preferred, however, "brand name or equal" equivalents meeting all salient characteristics will be considered. — Delivery / Location: 137th SOW Contracting Office, 5624 Air Guard Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73179. Delivery will be staggered: two (2) ATVs within 30 days, three (3) within 60 days, and the final five (5) within 120 days of the contract award date. — Requirements: ATVs must seat 4-6 people with seatbelts, 4-wheel drive, and feature an enclosed ROPS-approved cab including a hard roof, doors, glass windshield with wipers, and an HVAC system. Vehicles must possess 80+ horsepower, power steering, and a 2,500lb or greater towing capacity. — See attached SOW and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for full salient characteristics and details (SOW can be found at the bottom of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation).
