No other vendor possesses the proprietary rights or technical data necessary to modify the code for mission and critical updates. There are no authorized resellers. — Scope of Work — 3 ASTi-SRV-11 ASTi Servers — 1 SW-UG-TEL Upgrade Telestra Software to new version — TL-SW-IA-M Software and IA Maintenance Subscription for 5 years (base + 4 option years) — Market Research — AI was used in the market research to find similar systems. The only hardware based system found was from ASTi. Similar packages such as SERA (Simulation Environment Radio Architecture) and Voisus Comms Logger are software packages described to be run on ASTi Telestra hardware. Solo Audio & I/O Devises are hardware peripherals to be added to a Telestra system. While SERA and Voisus were researched as being compatible with TELESTRA hardware, the SIL is required to keep their systems the same as other SIL's across the DAF. In that case TELESTRA has to be used by the SIL at least 14 years to comply. — Instructions to Interested Parties 📝 — This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
