Description
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for Court Reporting Services. This requirement is for commercial items/services as defined in FAR 12.101 and will be prepared in accordance with the information. — The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside . The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 561492 . The Product Service Code is R606 . — 52.212-1 Addendum - Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services: To be considered for this contract opportunity, the offeror must provide the required documents outlined in attached 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. Failure to provide all required documents by the closing date and time SHALL preclude a quote from award consideration. Quote shall consist of: — A completed and signed standard form SF1449 with unit prices for each line item; — Executed copies of any amendments (if applicable); — Technical capability information; — Past performance information; — Price. — 52.212-2 Addendum – Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror who receives an acceptable rating in technical and past performance, and provides the lowest evaluated price, representing the best value to the Government. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum). — QUESTIONS : Offerors may submit questions to Jordan Moore at jordan.e.moore.civ@us.navy.mil by 10 AM EDT on 13 MAY 2026 . ANY QUESTIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE MAY NOT BE ANSWERED. — Interested offerors shall submit their offer via email as a single Adobe Acrobat .pdf attachment to Jordan Moore at jordan.e.moore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the date specified in the solicitation.
